SPENCER SPEEDWAY 2008 NEWS

Racing time is almost here and I
just wanted to give you a few more updates on what is going on…
1) As I have said, we will be
having Motorcycles and Jr. Dragster’s running this season. We
are still trying to get the Snowmobile’s back, but that will
probably not happen this year.
2) Fuel will be available in mid
April when John gets back into Town.
3) The Entry Fee will be going up.
John spoke to the insurance people and raised rates this year.
Therefore, the following are the new entry fees according to class
(keep in mind that $2.00 of your entry fee will be going towards
the point’s fund):
Super Pro - $45.00
Modified - $40.00
Street - $30.00
Motorcycles - $30.00
Jr. Dragster - $15.00
4) The scoreboards are being
worked on. We have to set the computer up and figure out what
program we need.
5) I have a list of volunteers to
help me scrape the line and I will be calling them because I am
planning on doing that job on April 12th around 10:00 A.M. Anybody
who wishes to be added to that list should give me a call at (585)

merrier!!!!)

test and tune the first weekend of May!
